in Italy have zones (historic city centres) whose architecture
and layout, without counting the presence of many commercial
activities, restaurants and pavement cafés, or condominiums
without private areas of appurtenance, do not allow the
placement of containers for differential waste collection,
without damaging the appearance of the urban area itself.
Considering the economic and environmental
advantages resulting from correct waste management, the
step represented by domiciled waste collection represents
